Director John Barnard's documentary Lost Bones has been accepted to screen at the Indianer Inuit Film Festival in Stuttgart, Germany. Lost Bones tells the story of fabled Lakota leader Sitting Bull through the modern day mystery of where his final resting place is located. Recent stories place his final burial at Turtle Mountain, Manitoba between the US and Canadian border.
The Indianer Inuit: Das Nordamerika Filmfestival takes place January 19th - 22nd, 2012. It is a unique festival where filmmakers from North America, Mexico, France, Sweden, Germany, and Turkey submitted countless films for consideration and only a handful will actually be show.
